With the spring semester starting, here’s to a new semester, new classes, new experiences, and new goals! Hopefully 2013 started off on the right foot and you’re ready to take on the new semester!

Here are some things, brought to you by the Office of Wellness Education, which you can look forward to this semester:

  • “Healthy Relationships” is the theme for February! Whether it be a relationship with your best friend, roommate, or significant other make sure to look for signs of a healthy relationship!
  •  Valentine’s Day, February 14th, is Get Yourself Tested day! FREE and PAINLESS Chlamydia and gonorrhea testing from 10:00-2:00 in Sykes Ballrooms!
  • “Healthy Living” will be the focus of March, look out for Nutrition, Sleep, and Exercise Programs.
  • “Stress Management” is the theme for April! Everyone has different stressors, so come find out different ways to cope with them! Whether it be getting more sleep or making time to exercise, learn what works for you to help manage your stress healthy ways!

Starting and keeping healthy habits is what all our programs work on, but each month we are narrowing in on certain habits to focus on! During any time this semester stop by the Office of Wellness Education, on the 2nd floor of Wayne Hall, to get more information about Sexual Health, Nutrition, Stress Management, Sleep, etc!
