Transitioning into the school year is never easy so making the most of WCU’s services and programs is a great way to ease the transition.

The Office of Wellness Education can help you live well at WCU with fun, FREE programs this semester. We can help you start healthy habits with exercise and fitness, sexual health, stress, and sleep.

The Office of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Other Drug Programs offers a wide variety of resources to help students take a look at drug or alcohol use. The staff can help you make a plan to stay safe, healthy, and out of trouble when it comes to drinking and provide support in quitting smoking.

WCU’s Nutritionist can help you get on the path to healthy eating. The nutritionist offers free healthy weight loss classes and individual consultations. Have a question? Go ahead and Ask the Nutritionist.
