Today is day 1 out of 30 for the 30 day challenge! If you haven’t heard, the 30 Day Challenge is your chance to jumpstart your fitness goals! Whether you’re an athlete or just looking for a way to get active the 30 Day Challenge is for you!
From March 26-April 24 we challenge you to aim to spend at least 30 minutes exercising, 3 times per week over 30 days. Each week there will be events sponsored by the 30 day challenge. Each sponsored event that you attend you will receive a raffle ticket towards a prize! There is a different prize each week and you have the chance to win more than once!
Week 1: 3 Free Personal Training Sessions
Week 2: $25 Rambucks
Weeks 3 & 4: At home Exercise Equipment
