Being a college student puts a lot of pressure on students today. School work, roommates, and money are not the only stressors in college; having the “perfect body” and high self esteem also put a lot of pressure on young people today.
Here are some ways to boost your self esteem:
- Set exercise goals for better health, not “perfection”
- Stop weighing yourself, Bring your scale to Scale Bashing on Thursday, March 1 at 6:30 in Sykes Theater.
- Take the time to do nice things for your body- get a massage, facial, manicure.
- Wear clothes you feel comfortable in- dress to express yourself, not to impress others.
