This semester our Thursday series will be, as Nike says, “Just Do It!” We are all either repeatedly told to or simply want to exercise more, eat better, and/or reduce stress but sometimes it is tough to know where to start. This is where “Just Do It!” comes in. Each week we will you give you some concrete steps on how to start a new health behavior.

We’ll give you exercise routines that don’t require heading to the crowded Fitness Center. We’ll tell you about places on campus to find healthier meal options.  Last but not least, how about a guide to feel less stressed? We’ll give you some tips for keeping stress at bay!
