Stress before finals starting to accumulate? Did you know that during exercise chemicals called endorphins are released to alleviate stress?  Come knock out some stress by attending Wellness Education’s Healthy Monday FREE kickboxing class! The class is Monday December 5th and is located in Sykes Ballroom A from 4:30 to 5:30pm.

It’s hard to dismiss your workout schedule, especially over break and during the cold months of Winter. Keeping your exercise routine is important so here are a couple of fun ideas on how to release those endorphins during the winter months:
