Learn how to get moving, find out about some upcoming fitness events and all about the 30 day challenge! There’s no better time than the present to RAM Into Action!



What is the 30 Day Challenge? A chance for you to kick start you fitness goals! Aim to spend at least 20 minutes of exercise, 3 times per week over 30 days.

Who can do it? Everyone and anyone who is looking to get moving.

When is it happening? From October 31st to November 30th.

How can I get it done? You can hit the gym, go ice skating, bowling and more! Visit the to find ideas and a full calendar of events on campus!
