We all know exercise is good for you, but did you know regular aerobic exercise can also help improve your grades? Sounds crazy, but its true! Vigorous exercise helps improve the ability to pay attention and improves memory. Don’t feel like studying? Get moving before hitting the books. The release of endorphins will give you a quick energy boost, which will be the motivation you need to get studying! The American College of Sports Medicine even found that students who exercise vigorously for at least 20 minutes every day had GPA’s .4 higher than those who did not. Now that’s a reason to hit the pavement!

Find the treadmill boring? Not a gym person?
